We will accurately diagnose and repair your appliance or you will get your money back!

Our parts come with a 1-year warranty while our diagnostic and labor fees are covered for 90 days from the date of repair.

Warranties must be related to the original complaint to be valid. If part failure occurs after 90 days, the customer will be responsible for additional diagnostic and labor fees if we are called back out.

These warranties are void if the appliance is used in a commercial setting or if repeated part failure is caused by improper use of the unit. We must also be able to make a return visit in a safe environment before any refunds are granted.

Our technician will not enter the dwelling if a minor is present without the company of an adult.

You will be notified via text message when our technician is on their way during the agreed-upon time window for arrival.

If a customer needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require notice by 5:00pm the day before your scheduled appointment.

Property owners must pay our diagnostic fee via our secure payment portal if they will not be present during the service call. If we diagnose the unit and are unable to contact the property owner, we may proceed with the repair and bill them.

If your pet is aggressive or disruptive, we may ask you put them away upon the arrival.

Our servicers reserve the right to leave the property at any time if any person or property at the service address are deemed unsafe or threatening.
